This is a waterman #12 1/2 eyedropper fill pen from 1910-1920.
It is black chased hard rubber.
Minor oxidation but overall it has a good black finish.
Excellent chasing with no worn spots.
No clip and it never had one.
Fair barrel imprint with some wear.
Some scratches below the barrel band.
No nib.
This is a nice example of a 12 1/2 .
The gold filled barrel band is marked waterman.
