This item is from the family estate of Tennessee Senator Estes Kefauver. Estes also ran for President and vice President with Stevenson against Nixon/Eisenhower.At one time there was a fire in part of his childhood home. So this item may have some soot staining, discoloration/staining, creasing, has wear around the edges, staples at spine are rusted with normal estate wear.
