Bottom marked C-6428 Napcoware. the original price sticker is still attached and is marked Nedveds Flowers $2.59? The majority of these vases were used by floral companies as containers for their arrangements. This one is missing her dangling earrings and she has a few hairline cracks near the top of the opening.
