View Larger Image   Doll Klumpe Roldan Dutch Farmer's Wife   Description: Offering this beautiful lady doll made by either Klumpe or Roldan - Spain - circa 1952-1970, she looks like a Dutch Farmer's wife, ready to pitch the hay with her gold wire pitch fork rake. She stands 11 1/2 inches tall from head to foot. Her body is a wire armature wrapped in felt, head is molded cloth with hand painted features. Brown mohair wig under the salmon color silk headscarf. Dressed in a muslin blouse and red felt skirt with black satin ribbon trim. Red felt shawl with embroidery, white and black lace ribbon trim. Black satin aprong with red embroidery, and white & black lace trim. Tiny pearl drop earrings. Muslin underskirt, ivory knit stockings and those wonderful carved wood dutch shoes! No tags, but made by either Klumpe or Roldan. Good+++ condition, no tears, holes, or stains, slight age darkening of muslin blouse, not detracting.
