View Larger Image   Troll? Gnome? Elf? Shelf Sitter toy   Description: This character is one of the most unusual toys I have ever seen.Is beauty really in the eye of the beholder? This character shelf sitter is about 16 in. tall and 6 in. wide. The head and hands are made of plaster with very minor paint issues. The shoes are of wood. The hair appears to be real. Shaped with a wire frame. All dressed up in yellow pants, striped vest and an offwhite shirt. The unruly hair is covered with a black slouch hat. I think that is hair growing out of his nose. Bottom of one shoe is marked Oljanna and dated 1984. This was the name of the maker who has passed away as I was informed by a relative of hers. She was from Wisconsin and handmade these trolls.
