Red pebbled cloth semi-hardboards with gold gilt writing on front and spine. Very slight edge wear - just enough to add character, no spine cracks or stains. Page edges on top have gold gilt. Pages are clean and tight, no stains, scribbles, or tears, double column print, the only page that has a mark is pg 170 ( see photo). Spine is secure. There is a gift inscription on first blank page and a loving note on back of title page.
