View Larger Image   Millers Falls Muliti-Tool Handle Set Awl Rosewood   Description: This is a very nice early 1900's era upholsterer's/carpenter's/handyman's tool with 9 interchangeable tools that store under the threaded chuck cap. They are each held in place by a compression type chuck with 4 jaws. The chuck works good, and holds the tools tighly in place. The chuck sleeve is marked by the maker "MILLERS FALLS MILLERS FALLS MASS.". These tools are sometimes called a "poor man's tool set". The tool tips range from different size screwdriver tip to various chisels (gouge and flat), a drill point, and one unknown tip, may be a broken tip. There is a polished coin like metal insert at the end of the rosewood cap. The rosewood handle is solid, tightly attached, nice old finish, with a few dings and scratches. The threaded cap is very good fitting, good threads in both places. No damage, or cracks, no rust. The tool is 6" long with no bit in the chuck.
