1952 MY RECORD HOUSE RECORD BOOK - ONE OF A KIND - WITH 10 VINTAGE 45'S!!
This is a one of a kind find I came across in an antique shop.71 years old from 1952!! It's a personal 45 collection housed in a 45 rpm record book. In the photos you can see that the 45's are listed in the order they appear in the book. I have listened to them all, 20 songs with the B sides.
The 45's are surprisingly in very good condition, all play well with very little or no surface wear, no skips, they obviously were cherished and cared for, my guess is they never left the tote. They aren't mint but for 71 years old, much better than expected.
And what a collection it is, including hits from: Bing Crosby, Tony Bennett, Nat King Cole, Perry Como, The Mills Brothers, Frankie Laine, and Patti Page.

(On the inside cover you can see in the photos that the 45's are listed as they appear in the book. The only exception to it's accuracy was entry 5 which is The Little White Cloud That Cried by Johnnie Ray, in the book that sleeve is housed by the Bing Crosby 45 instead)
