This is a fossilized Benedini shark tooth that has a black root, black bourlette, and a unique enamel color. This is a massive size for this species.
It is all natural tooth from a large Benedini shark. It is thought to be a deep water shark and they are very difficult to find. Much more rare than megalodon and great white shark teeth.
I hand clean all my shark teeth with only fresh water and a brush to preserve the colors as natural as possible. The process is very time consuming, but I believe it is worth the additional effort.
It would make a great addition to any collection, or an amazing tooth to start a collection.
The condition is millions of years old.
