Our ProductsOur products are cleaned andcarefully examined before sale and any items that do not meet our qualitystandards are discarded. CDs will ship in a case with artwork, never disconly, and always with tracking in a protective envelope. There may be minorscuffs on disc or case, but they should be in very good or better condition andare guaranteed to work. Same goes for our DVDs, blurays and UHD discs.Cassettes are reconditioned, their felt pressure pads checked and a new caseprovided when required. Records are thoroughly cleaned and play tested on oursound system. We try to grade our records as honestly as possible. Comics shipin a protective envelope with a cardboard insert to insure they aren’t bent intransit. They all come in a protective bag with backer board. We will do ourbest to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We are not here to make aquick buck. We are here to be an awesome shop. We might be a little moreexpensive than those OTHER guys, but it’s worth it. And if you aren’t happywith your purchase, we are happy to refund you as quickly as possible.
