This particular button was made in December,1969 for theBlack Panther Party,
followingthe assassination,by the Chicago PoliceDepartment,of FREDHAMPTON,
who was thechairman of the IllinoisChapter of the BlackPanther Party
and DeputyChairmanofThe National Black Panther Party.
The pin has the Fox Buttons Credit Line,located at that time, in Hempstead, N.Y.,
along with a union bug on the curl.There is no rust or discoloration.
