You can easily change the thickness of the knob by replacing the two included blades (0.04, 0.1 inch (1, 2.5 mm)).

Knob thickness: Use a standard 0.04 inch (1 mm) blade stand to cut approximately 0.04 inch (1 mm) square pins. Use the included 0.1 x 0.1 inch (2.5 mm) blade base to cut 1 x 2.5 mm knob. (with feeding device)
If you cut it by hand without using an automatic feed device, it will cut even thicker.
