Instructions before use:
1. Before use, please confirm that the battery pack is fully charged;
2. When the ear clamp is not in use, please ensure that the power cord and power supply of the ear clamp are disconnected (especially remember: when installing the ear tag and ear pin, the fingers holding the clamp should leave the machine to avoid pressing them);
3. After replacing different ear needles, they need to be tested before use. If marking is not possible, a gasket can be added to the thread of the ear needle.
Starting the battery installation process:
1. Open the packaging and insert the battery pack into the battery pack insertion interface of the ear tag pliers:
2. Turn on the power control switch, and the battery indicator light will be micro green
3. Take out the electric ear tag pliers, turn on the battery power switch, and the control box buzzer will sound twice when powered on for the first time. The button will be activated twice in a row;
4. Normal marking: Press the trigger and close the mouth. Release the trigger, open and close the jaws: Keep pressing the trigger, and the buzzer will sound long to indicate the jaws are closed. The buzzer sounds to adjust the size of the jaws;
5. Before starting work, press the machine intermittently to close the ear tag pliers a few times and check if they are closed
Normal;
6. Start working after normal operation.
Attention: Before adjusting or checking the function of the tool, please make sure to turn off the power of the tool and remove the battery pack.

Return Policy
1. Refund or Replacement request is available within 30 days after parcel received and returning the item as the same condition as received. Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, sale number, and reason for return should be included in the message.
2. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials. Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and a new replacement will be shipping to buyer punctually.
3. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable.
4.If the item was found non-defective, the item will be sent back to buyer at buyer's expense. Items returned without authorization will be refused and returned to sender/buyer.
5. Buyer pay the shipping cost if the item damaged artificially, or buyer say "not like it", "size/color was different per they imaginary", etc.
