Grainger Worcester Reticulated Double Walled Green Man Scrollwork Powder Jar
Nice antique British ivory porcelain reticulated double walled powder jar. Reticulated Renaissance Revival scrollwork with green man faces and gold highlights. Gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the reverse Royal China Works G&Co Established 1801 Worcester England. This mark was used from 1891 to 1902. Has a C date code for 1893 and is also marked 148 / G 2347. Has some wear to the gilding and one small loss to the reticulation on the lid, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 6 1/8 inches wide x 2 1/2 inches tall.
This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
