Big Apple Series - Tribute in Lights - 20 Years of Remembrance
On the 20th Anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, Greater NY Councils reissued the original patch design from 2011. This new version also features the addition of a red, white and blue ribbon, the year 2021 and some additional color details in the skyline. 300 of these 7 color patches with a silver merrowed border were issued.
A second version was issued with "Never Forget" ghosted in the water with only 200 issued.
