Half-plate ambrotype of two women seated at a table, with a vase of flowers on top and a tinted tablecloth. Both women are holding photos of other people.. they are detailed enough under magnification to see that the woman on the left is holding a photo of a woman and the woman on the right is holding a photo of a man.In half a case that measures 6" by 4.75" when closed. Ambrotype is behind a heavy brass mat and cover glass. It's in very good antique condition other than a few small nicks and scratches on the image that don't detract. The half of case is worn and the top rail is separated but still held on by the liner.
