Our returnpolicy is 14 days return or exchange. All returns must include all originalitems, original packaging, undamaged, unused and in re-saleable condition.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling feesare absolutely non-refundable.

We take extra care in safely packing our fragile items to ensure safedelivery. We ship decades of packages daily. We can ensure you that you willreceive your order intact as so many other buyers of ours internationally. Ifnevertheless the item will be damaged in transit a replacement will be provided.
Inthecases of being our company at fault, please contact us as soon as possiblein order to start the claim process with the shipping insurance.

We can shipthe item out again for you upon receiving the item back in the mail but we willneed to charge the Standard shipping rates to post the order again
