Nice example of the Polish wz.31 army helmet or in collector terms called Salamander helmet.A nice 1937 dated example by Ludwikow. On the outside the distinctive red base paint can be observed (rapidol) under the textured paint.
Complete with chinstrap hook of second type. An uncommon and rare to find helmet in this condition.
