THE STEPS PADS ARE A HARD PLASTIC. I HAVE NO IDEA IF THE STEPS ARE ORIGINAL OR NOT AS I CANT SEEM TO FIND PICTURES OF ANY LIKE THIS ONE. HAS SEVERAL RIPS-TEARS-HOLES IN THE MATERIAL AND UNDERSIDE OF SEAT. It is some sort of a red looking color(has fading and discoloring)This shows LOTS AND LOTS of wear, several rips-tears-holes in the material, foot rubbers in very rough damaged shape, signs of moisture wear/damage from being stored in a non climate controlled environment, several stains, scrapes, scuffs, markings and has what appears to be some spots of white paint on it. This is in no way at all in condition for a collector. I a unsure of how restore-able it is either, as, I know nothing about the restoration process. or use just as it is to create a vintage extremely worn out and heavily used appearance. This was removed from a \"cabin\" that has not seen the light of day for 8+ years, and, before that was visited maybe once every few years, so, it does have a musty smell-odor.
