Delivery within the United Kingdom
We offer FREE UK delivery on all items. Orders under £500 are sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery and you should expect to receive your item within 1-3 days. Orders over £500 are sent via Royal Mail “Special Delivery – before 1pm” next working day delivery guaranteed.
Delivery outside of the United Kingdom (Worldwide)
We offer worldwide shipping at a flat rate of £15.
Orders under £1500 are sent via Royal Mail “International Signed For” and you should expect to receive your item within 5-10 working days.
Orders over £1500 are sent via FedEx and you should expect to receive your item within 1-3 days. Local taxes and duties may apply.
*If your order is under £1500 but you would like your item shipped via FedEx, we can do this at an additional cost of £50.*

Returns Policy
We are always available to offer support and believe all items on the website are accurately described and represent good value for money.
If you decide that you would like to return an item, we urge you to contact us first to see if we are able to find a solution to the problem. If, after speaking to us you are still unsatisfied with any of our products, for any reason, we offer a30-day ‘no-fuss, no-quibbles’ 100% return policy.
Items must be returned at your cost via a secure and insured service. Do not send the item through normal post aswe cannot be responsible for lost items. We recommend all returned items to be sent via courier or Royal Mail Recorded Next Day Delivery with cover for the item value in case the item is lost. In the case of any error on our behalf we will cover the cost of return shipping.
For international customers, you are responsible for having the item(s) returned to us, and for any costs incurred (unless of an error on our behalf). Please mark the package as \'Return of sample merchandise, origin UK. We are not responsible for items that do not reach us. It is the responsibility of the international customer to label the returned package correctly as returned goods, so as to avoid any needless charges when re-entering the UK. If there are any charges incurred for returned items, that are out of our control, such as import duties, then these will be deducted from the refund amount.

Condition
Since all items sourced are pre-owned, there may be a few slight scratches or signs of wear. However, we will not list any items which are broken or obviously damaged. On each individual item a 4-point scale will be used to represent our honest opinion on the condition of the item: Excellent, Very Good, Good or Moderate. We do not sell anything we believe to be below moderate condition.
Packaging
We send all items in a jewellery gift box. Occasionally, we have the original box the item came in, a designer box to match the item or a one-off antique box. If the item comes in one of these boxes it will be explicitly stated in the product description. If we do not have the original box, we will use our own branded box or a plain box.
Certificates
We will explicitly state on the product page if the item comes with supporting paperwork or certificates. If there is no mention, then please assume that we do not have any paperwork or certificates. We guarantee all items are authentic and genuine, and if for any reason you are unsatisfied we have a 100% return policy.
Upon request, we are happy to provide an insurance valuation for all items purchased from us at no extra cost.
Ring Sizing
Most of our rings can be sized to any finger. Please contact us for a quote for resizing. Once a ring has been resized it is ineligible for a refund or exchange.

From this location, Jeff gained unrivalled access to the jewellery needed to serve his ever growing clientele. The year 2006 saw another pivotal moment for the business when Jeff’s son asked if he’d ever heard of a website called . From this point on the business transformed from one with a local presence in London to one with a global outreach. Based in the centre of Hatton Garden, we have access to an extensive range of jewellery on a daily basis. Our collection has been built over many years and is extremely varied. We handpick all of our items and as such we have a very inimitable selection of jewellery.
