While researching this beautiful piece, I just discovered that Bulova reportedlywas the first U.S. company with the very first radio commercial in 1926 and the very first TV commercial in 1941 - I would have guessed it would have been Coca-Cola!
An exceptional counter display - in very good and possibly exceptional condition. It has many textures and elements -the little "Give Bulova" sign sitting on the oval red velvet base, the dimension adding metal "Fishnet" background wallboth supportingthe larger "Look For That Bulova Difference" molded plastic sign and the attached pine cone. Along with the red and white colors, it looks like a subtle Christmas theme. To top it off is a metal arm that supports a watch in a gift box. Having a case serial #, the watch appears to be real, but not working, I am not a "watch" guy so I don't dare tinker with it. Everything about this display is solid. I can't find another example anywhere so this may even be a late 1940's piece -At Its base, it measures 6 1/2" x 12" and stands 13 1/2" tall.
