The Jew Book Inscribed 1844 Jews For Jesus No Author Mega Rare Judaica Jewish For Sale

Let me first say I have reached out to numerous Judaica dealers and none can tell me what this little book is .. I reached out to Kestenbaum, Mizrahi books and a few others and all haven’t a clue .. My best guess is this is some kind of pamphlet like people leave out for someone to stumble upon today at say a post office or gas station ..

The book is very small and has 47 pages but starts on page 17 in the right corner but shows a 2 at the center of the page at the bottom so I’m not sure if it’s missing pages or not. The book is inscribed with the year 1844. The book talks about Jesus so I believe it’s a Jews for Jesus booklet but can’t be sure as all the experts were stumped .. The booklet is 180 years old .
