Even though I have a full time job, I do my best to respond to customers and ship out items as fast as I can. Below are my terms and conditions for buying on my page.
--Returns and Refunds
Since I do not operate like a regular store, I do not accept returns. I describe my items with as much detail and pictures as possible, so that you know what to expect from the product before you buy it.
I will only deal with refunds under extreme circumstances (ex. Package was utterly destroyed by delivery person) I will not offer refunds for things such as "buyer's remorse." In the case that I would offer a refund, a full explanation of the issue will be needed, along with detailed pictures.
--Shipping
I ship my items as safe and efficiently as possible. If you want shipping insurance or a different type of shipping, that can be arranged before payment by sending me a message. Shipping can be combined if you are buying multiple items at the same time. This can also be discussed before final payment.
--Contacting Me
I can be contacted through Messages, and I'll get back to you usually within 24 hours. You may message me before a purchase if you have any concerns, questions, or requests. I believe keeping an open line of communication between buyer/seller is crucial for a good transaction.
--Scammers
I believe in honesty and integrity. If you are trying to scam me, please move on. I will not scam you, and I expect the same in return. False reports, PayPal payment cancellations, fraud, etc., will be strictly enforced, and brought to law enforcement's attention if needed. It will also be fought through itself. I reserve the right to cancel an order if I feel the purchaser's account seems "fishy" or compromised.
