Nichols. It is copyright in 1959 by Farm Journel Inc.. It has no dust jacket. The hardback cover is in good++, green in color with black lettering on the spine. The pages are very clean and white, a past owner has put in a private library sticker, neatly on a front blank page, otherwise lots of nice color illustrations. We do note a few minor finger smudges on the outside page edges, otherwise very good spine, and binding, with light edge wear on the exterior of the cover boards. This book's focus is on American country cooking, and baking, based 25 chapter from EATING OUTDOORS, and COOKING FOR A CROWD, to FROM THE GARDEN, or FROM THE FIELD AND STREAM. Also has a cookie recipe chapter, and a recommended section call MAKE-AHEAD DISHES.
