On settlement of all claims, accounts and demands at this day existing, to wit: the $26^{th}$ day of January A.D. 1833, between Henry W. Livingston as Devisee and Executor of Gen. Henry Livingston deceased and Ann Eliza Livingston relict and Executrix of Henry Livingston of Claverack late deceased who was also Devisee and Executor of the said Gen. Henry Livingston, made and agreed upon between the said Henry W. Livingston personally and Mr. James K. Van Ness as agent of the said Ann Eliza Livingston thereunto legally authorized, there appears to be due from the said Henry W. Livingston, to the Estate of the Said Henry of Claverack, as Devisee as aforesaid, the sum of nine hundred and ninety one $^{66}/_{100}$ Dollars, and which sum when paid, Errors excepted, will be in full of claims and demands which the said Henry of Claverack, had as Devisee aforesaid in his life time against the said Henry W. Livingston individually or as the Executors of said Gen. Henry Livingston, and in full of all claims and demands which the Representatives or heirs of the said Henry of Claverack, have had or now have, since the death of the said Henry of Claverack, against the said Henry W. individually or as the Executors of the said Gen. Henry Livingston – the said Henry W. Livingston hereby releasing all claims which he had against the said Henry

of Claverack, or which he now has against his Estate for all Wood cut in the Bush at Ancram, and all the bar and pig iron, which was at Ancram at the time of the said Gen. Livingston’s death – and the said James K. Van Ness hereby releasing the said Henry W. Livingston his Executors, Administrators & heirs, from a contract or agreement entered into by the said Henry W. on or about the $31^{st}$ December 1828, by which the the said Henry W. agreed that certain real estate at Saratoga, should sell for as much as certain Real estate in New York and from all claims which the said Ann Eliza, as Executrix as aforesaid may have, or the Heirs of the said Henry of Claverack, may have against the said Henry W. under or by virtue of said Agreement.

In witness whereof the said Henry W. and the said James K. Van Ness, as attorney as aforesaid have hereunto set their hands and Seals the day and year first aforesaid—
