Sidney Edwards Morse was an American inventor , geographer, and editor of the New York Observer. He was the brother of Samuel Morse, who was the inventor of the telegraph. This here is the scarce 1st edition address of his pro-union stance on the issue of slavery in America.
Scarce original1847booklet in good condition. 8 pages, complete (with the exception of the lead covers.) It has some light fraying and chipping to the spine, corners and edges as shown. The interior pages are slightly aged and toned, but clean and unmarked. All pages included.
