Antique 1920s-1930s Chikaramachi hand-painted gold lusterware salt and pepper shaker set with matching center-handled caddy. Finished in a warm peach-gold luster glaze with gilded gold tops and handle, featuring hand-painted blue floral motifs on each shaker.
Set includes 2 shakers and 1 dual-slot holding caddy tray. The base of the caddy is marked with the black Chikaramachi crown in wreath backstamp "Chikaramachi Made in Japan".
Item is in good vintage pre-owned condition with light wear to the gilded top finish consistent with age. Free of chips, cracks, or repairs. Stoppers/cork material are visible inside/around base holes.
