Antique P & A Double Oil Lamp Ships ? Student Double Sconce, light super rare For Sale

For sale is a super rare P & A Mfg of Waterbury CT double lamp wall sconce oil lamp.P & A was a major nautical lamp supplier but I can not say this is a ship light as it is not gimbeled.The photos show the two lamps are joined to the same mounting bracket, It is 12 inches tall and comes out 6 inches from the wall. The light with tank can be removed to fill, light or clean.Someone mounted this to this bookend like backing which is very steady but not original.I have looked for hours and can not find another.
