Rare 2007 Daddy'O Signed Custom Heady Glass Bubbler – Opal & Implosion Marble – Original Owner
This is a one-of-a-kind custom bubbler made for me directly by Tampa-area glass artist Daddy'O in 2007. Daddy'O is no longer active on the torch, and pieces from this period do not surface often, especially custom commissions with documented provenance from the original owner.
The piece stands approximately 9.5 inches tall, measures about 3 inches across the base, and roughly 4.5 inches at its widest point. It features a substantial sculptural build with a black base color accented by lime green, aqua, lavender, and white linework throughout.
One of the highlights is the large worked implosion marble on the front, accompanied by a small encased fiery opal accent. When I commissioned this piece, I specifically asked Daddy'O to incorporate a Jason Lee-inspired organic sculptural element, which can be seen flowing from the rear of the piece. That custom feature gives it the distinctive movement and organic aesthetic that helped define some of the most sought-after American heady glass of the era.

I purchased this piece directly from Daddy'O and have been its only owner. It was acquired as part of my personal collection and has never been used.
