Here’s a great example of a Mark Tinsky Black and Tan series (5) made in 2024. This bent Bulldog has a very cool dual finish with a smooth, light brown stain above the beadline and dark, sandblast below showing off nice ring grain and waves. The base is flat and canted so it sits easily and stable so a pipe rest isn’t needed. It has an image of a classic Bulldog on the base as well. A semi-transparent hand cut saddle stem finishes off this handsome American artisanal pipe.

I keep thinking the pipe is unsmoked with so much bare briar showing in the chamber and little to no signs of use on the outside. It’s in near mint condition with just some minor carbon in the bowl from a couple smokes, give or take, some fade to stamping or it was pressed lightly. Check out all the photos for yourself of course but it’s a beauty for sure.

AFTER YOUR PURCHASE:

I take pride in my great care for packing and shipping your item. I spend a lot more time ensuring it is safely packed and with the best materials.

Pipes are always shipped as one piece. This is far better for the pipe, particularly with climate changes during shipping.

I try to ship all pipes the next day though on very busy days or due to other circumstances, it can sometimes take 2 business days. If you purchase on a Thursday night, I may not be shipped until Monday. However, in most cases it goes out ASAP.

Gifts of appreciation are always included. 🙂 It’s just fun to do in this hobby. I spend a lot of time thinking of small things that are enjoyable and change them up frequently. If you ever are in need of a small item that costs too much in shipping to order from a store, feel free to ask me. I may have it and will include for free. (Pipe cleaners, bite guards, filters, adapters, stands, etc. etc. (I hate needing a $2-3 item and it costs $9 to ship it so I always buy extra from those stores myself, for you guys.)

ABOUT RADIANT PIPES VINTAGE RESTORATIONS INFO:

Due to a broken back and other injuries and raising a special needs child, I had to be home 24/7. I took up restoration and pipe making as a hobby around 2019 to feel accomplishment and help fund some activities for my son too. This quickly turned into a full obsession and I’ve spent every day since working on, researching, making and smoking pipes. I’m as much of an avid enthusiast as the best of them with serious PAD & TAD.

My margins are often very narrow for the amount of work put, the cost of the item, seller fees etc. I barely break even annually doing this. It’s certainly not very profitable but it brings me a lot of joy and fulfillment. I don’t offer discounts but I do make it a better deal for repeat customers etc whom I truly appreciate and couldn’t do this without. Customers and then friends! As said before, I always include gifts for fun and the gifts do get nicer and nicer for repeat purchases as I want to outdo my last one and show appreciation too.

I do this professionally, full time. When it says Restored, it is truly restored. Not just cleaned up. It’s not something I’ve done 40 pipes or so with. I’ve invested a huge amount of money for tools and supplies as well as the hard work. I have spent almost single every day for years working on pipes and making them. My goal is that you get above and beyond what you expect.

PIPES OVER $400 WILL NOT BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY UNLESS WE HAVE HISTORY OR YOU ARE VERIFIABLE and if applicable, must have established response. There may be additional costs for insurance overseas though I usually absorb any extra cost. (Shipping services will not cover more than $400 and shipping costs triple usually over that)

~SHIPPING TIMES / LATE DELIVERY USPS:

I don’t own the United States Postal Service. Once I’ve shipped your package, I have NO control on delays or knowing where a package is any more than you do with the tracking number. Sometimes USPS tracking doesn’t work but the pipe always shows up. It’s rare but happens so don’t worry if it doesn’t update. That’s just USPS. I package everything with great care and have never had an item arrive damaged.

RETURNS:

If you’re not 100% happy, please let me know before filing any dispute or response. I’ll do everything I can to resolve the situation.

Returns must be in the exact same condition as sent to you. If they’re smoked or damaged, I cannot accept a return so please make sure it’s exactly

what you want prior to smoking it.
