Vintage Chinese Porcelain Lounging Geisha Asian Woman Holding Fan and Bud Vase
If you are a collector of Chinese Porcelain, this is a beautiful one. From the estate of my neighbor, she traveled to China multiple times so her love for the culture was deep and lifelong. This figurine is from her personal collection and was not displayed but in her bedroom. The gold on the figurine is stunning and is in such good condition.
This figurine depict an elegant court lady or princess in traditional attire holding a fan. The hollow opening at the top left of the headrest functions as a small bud vase, allowing you to insert a single flower stem or small floral accent to complement the piece.
Markings: The base of the porcelain object shows a red-stamped "MADE IN CHINA" mark with Chinese characters (Zhongguo Zhi Zao — 中国制造), typically dating from the mid-20th century.
Size: 8" x 8" x 3"
Weight: 1lb 10 oz.
Please view all pictures and ask any questions you may have regarding the figurine.
