View Larger Image   Kutani Tea Set, Lithopaned Cups   Description: This is a fabulous set consisting of a teapot, 2 lithpaned cups, 2 saucers, and 2 plates. The teapot stands 6 in. tall, 4 in. diameter pluds the spout and handle. Heavily decorated with coralene beading, the spout is the mouth of the dragon. 2 cups that stand 2 in. tall, and are 2.75 in. diameter. These are lithopaned, Beautiful lady or geish girl in the bottom. The saucers are 5 in. diameter. Also 2 plates measuring 7.25 in. diametr. The light blue background has a fish scale effect. All trimmed heavily with white beading, and gold trimmed edge and accents. This is a superb set in very good condition. I find no chips, nicks, etc. Normal- slight crazing. Purchased at an estate sale.
