Dated 1986. Measures 18 x 14 in. The inscription on the bottom reads Copyright 1968 Eisenhower College. Owners Floyd B. Odlum and Mrs. Jacqueline Cochran Odlum. Jacquelin Cochran was a pioneer in the womens aviation field. In very good, displayable condition. with just a minor black spot on the wood frame near the bottom. I don't know enough about art to know if this is a painting or a print.
